Supervising Stampedes in Age of Crisis Creation:

"Welcome to the Century of Crisis Creation,
Demolishing Old Ways, Bringing Frustration,
Silent Consent, All Rights Receding,
Recall of Rights Like Some Dream Fleeting,
Stampeding Herds Guided to Trap,
Using Darwin's Dictum, 'Learn to Adapt,'
From New Norm to New Norm, We Upgrade,
'Til We're Interdependent, Alone, Afraid,
Almost There, Point We Arrive,
Dependent on State for Means to Survive"

"Code of Silence" by Bruce Springsteen

There's a code of silence that we don't dare speak
There's a wall between us and a river so deep
And we keep pretending that there's nothing wrong
But there's a code of silence and it can't go on …

Hi folks, I am Alan Watt and this is Cutting Through The Matrix on April the 27th 2009.

For newcomers: look into www.cuttingthroughthematrix.com website and take your time going over previous audios I've put up there for free, where I try and paint the big picture, to help those who are just basically breaking through into the fact there's a higher reality at work here and understanding that the public are kept in the dark like mushrooms, by mainstream media, which is basically a unified science now, between all different types of information output; and I try to give you the shortcuts.

Also look into www.alanwattsentientsentinel.eu where you can get transcripts of these talks I've given, for print-up and they're written in the various languages of Europe.

To keep me going, I depend on you the listeners, because I don't ask for money from advertisers. I could; but then I don't compromise myself or what I do say or could say and can say. Therefore, it's up to you the listeners to keep me going by going to www.cuttingthroughthematrix.com website, where you can purchase the books and discs I have for sale. If I had more time, I'd be churning them out but I don't, doing what I do here. The whole was spent just working on computers, trying to get some of them, or at least one of them working properly; and that's how your days go, doing this kind of stuff.

You can also donate to me through PayPal, or personal cheque from the US and Canada; and for those that just get the discs passed around that are burned and there's hundreds, maybe thousands of them go out there, I know that for a fact, from people who eventually get in touch with me that never have listened on the Internet. Then, they can help too, they can order or donate and here's the address:-

And on an earlier talk today, I was just thinking about the techniques of crisis creation and how it's the greatest tool that we've seen really, since 2001. Constant stampeding of “the herd”, as they call it at the top, because, yes, they do call us the herd. And during the last pandemic that kind of fizzled out in Ontario, Canada, the SARS epidemic, even the medical experts, you know those guys with the white coats, whose teeth glisten when they open their mouths you know, the special people with haloes, when they came out, they called the public on national television "The herd" and they were doing "herd management". So, that's what it's boiled down to today, they don't even bother calling us humans anymore or people, we're just "The Herd" you see; and we're under expert academic guidance, the scientific dictatorship. It's all to do with crisis management; it's the perception of crisis that counts. When you take what happened in World War II, even with Pearl Harbour, if they had suggested, at that time, they were going to take every American's rights away, to save them, they would have been fighting a war at home; because the American of that era was staunchly individualistic, in fact, that was really the M.O. of the United States of America: individualism and rights. Over generations, they've gradually managed to indoctrinate new generations into growing up thinking they just obey this authority that's everywhere, obeyance to authority and the individual's a bad guy. I'll be back with more on this - after this break.

=== BREAK ===

Hi folks, I'm Alan Watt, we're Cutting Through The Matrix, discussing how the US used to be and that's what it known for was, basically, rugged individualism; and people didn't question the individual's rights. Occasionally, when government did try to intrude on them, they'd be in trouble because there so many so-called safeguards, or at least barriers, set up to stop them, that was the whole idea, the way that the US was initially set-up. However, as we well know, in the Council on Foreign Relations, many-many years ago - who always tell you what your future's going to be, since they help design and plan it - they said that they'd have to do an end run around Constitutions and laws etc, to get the agenda through, you know, the parallel government's agenda and they are part of the parallel government.

I've also talked about how Brzezinski and others talked about the coming Internet before the public even knew what a computer was, definitely a home computer; and in his book (Between Two Ages) particularly, he wrote a chapter on the coming information system that would be given to the public; but at that time only belonged and had been used by the military-industrial complex. He also gave little clues as to what its real purpose would be; and of course, we know now today it's all data collection, so they can get personality profiles on you and even your daily routine is upgraded, because everyone's putting all their data out there. Eventually, of course, it will be a cashless society, world-wide, with the IMF dishing out the credits to everyone and they'll be used as punishment and reward. In other words: you won't get your credits out if you've been a bad boy or girl, or you've emailed politically-incorrect things or used the wrong terms even, or a wrong wording in your letters etc.

In other words: it was sent out to be a form of control and none of what's happening today could happen, this massive world take-over, without the computer system doing it all, information-data retrieval. And of course, under standard rules, as they go along, they introduce Bills that allow themselves to put something, that's always meant to sound as innocuous as possible, as harmless as possible; and once it's on the books, they always expand it, to include things you would never have dreamt of. That's the standard procedure. Before they talked about just high agencies, the NSA would have to occasionally have to peek into your emails and to your records and your faxes etc and they keep updating it, now the local cops can do it, you see, none of us can be trusted, we're all bad boys and girls, we're just too immature and silly to allow ourselves to be run by ourselves, therefore the experts must always watch us and guide us along the right path, the one that they have chosen for us.

I often wondered why the big fad came out, initially, with the internet and computers, when they called them personal computers, PCs, I used to say "Political Correct", it was all to do with that; but it was to make you think that you were in charge of all your data, that was the simple con right there, you know. Psycho-linguistics, simple, “personal”, it's mine and they give you a little password and stuff, 'oh nobody can get into this except me'; and before you know it, you're dependent on the darn thing for everything; and most folk now pay everything through electronic banking. Therefore, it's so easy for them to cut them off; and as they dish out technology they could have given us at the beginning, they had to give us a whole series of computers, to make us believe - this is the main reason for it, apart from making profit all the time - to make us believe we're on the cutting edge, we're all on the cutting edge, all of us and that we're being given the best there is. Therefore, it never dawns on you what you're given is obsolete; it never dawns on you when you buy the new upgraded PC they could have given you that at the very beginning, or in 2 or 3 years time for that matter, because they're just dishing out piecemeal.

Isn’t it interesting too that every company, every company, brings out the same systems at the same time? See, it's military-industrial complex. The big private corporations are part of the military-industrial complex; and as things become more complicated; and made frustratingly so, when, after all, when programs worked before, why don't the programs work now? Why is it they're becoming such a nuisance to work through and do simple things with; why, why? It's to frustrate you, because they're bringing in the Cloud system, where, basically, your computer at home will be a form of a telephone, basically, with a number you punch in, that gives you access to a remote server that keeps all the data; and isn't that more simple? Because, since they want total information network, they'll have access to all your data, no fuss, no mess; and they'll deal with all viruses, trojans, upgrading of programming. You can sit and play; but if you're bad, you're little number will be locked out until you're on your knees and you conform. Social approval / social disapproval will be used to train you. Now that they have everyone pretty-well hooked on the computer, they can't imagine going off it; they don't realise that just a few years ago people did stock taking in factories and warehouses and stores with pencils and paper and, you know something? It worked, it worked; but it was a darn nuisance for governments who love all statistics and data-collection, because they wanted copies as well, you see, this is much easier. So, the Cloud will come in and this first article here is from Sunday the 25th January 2009. I've read it before but I'll read it again:

Google plans to make PCs history

Just to show you I'm not kidding, it's not surmisation here.

Google is to launch a service that would enable users to access their personal computer from any internet connection, according to industry reports. But campaigners warn that it would give the online behemoth unprecedented control over individuals' personal data.

Well, that's the point of it, you see.

The Google Drive, or "GDrive", could kill off the desktop computer, which relies on a powerful hard drive. Instead a user's personal files and operating system could be stored on Google's own servers and accessed via the internet.

The long-rumoured GDrive

They do love that 'G'.

is expected to be launched this year, according to the technology news website TG Daily, which described it as "the most anticipated Google product so far".

Well, because they had it planned all along.

It is seen as a paradigm shift away from Microsoft's Windows operating system, which runs inside most of the world's computers, in favour of "cloud computing", where the processing and storage is done thousands of miles away in remote data centres.

Home and business users are increasingly turning to web-based services, usually free,

My, my, my: there's the mouse bait there eh?

ranging from email (such as Hotmail and Gmail) and digital photo storage (such as Flickr and Picasa) to more applications for documents and spreadsheets (such as Google Apps). The loss of a laptop or crash of a hard drive does not jeopardise the data because it is regularly saved in "the cloud" and can be accessed via the web from any machine.

The GDrive would follow this logic to its conclusion by shifting the contents of a user's hard drive to the Google servers. The PC would be a simpler, cheaper device acting as a portal to the web,

That's all it is, a portal to the web.

perhaps via an adaptation of Google's operating system for mobile phones, Android. Users would think of their computer as software rather than hardware.

See, that's where it was designed to go, step-by-step in the first place, before they gave you the old computers to start with. See: we're just mice and they say that, they give us mousetraps and we just eat the cheese, eat the cheese, eat the cheese, until you get to the trap you see and then you say ‘My god, I'm in it, I can't do without it’, it's as simple as that, planned to go this way, all along. Do you realise how much cooperation it takes from the big boys at the top to agree on this? A single company couldn't go it alone in an age where those who own information rule the world. That's discussed, at Sandhurst, the military academy and other places across the world. Therefore, there are no independent organisations at that level; there are none. So, I'll put this link up on my site, at the end of the show.

Everyone's prattling on about the pandemic, you see, as they get us used to the ideas of pandemic; and it's strange that it's mainly in Mexico it's been killing people, what with this latest outbreak that came out around March or so. However -listening to the news - they're still allowing people to come in, from Mexico, to work, seasonal workers etc. Now, living in Canada, we've had experience already of the scare to do with SARS. The first law of any coming pandemic is you quarantine your country from people coming in from the infected country but that wasn't done in the SARS either: they still had the planes coming in from mainland China and all the rest of it. Then we went through a lot of hoopla, where big corporations sold thermal imaging devices to possibly see if anyone had a fever in airports, then admitted, after the SARS, that they were useless. Well, why is that? It's because you see, it can take 10 to 15 days while the prodromal period of infection, before any symptoms show in a human being, including inflammation. Therefore, in that case, that's why the standard procedure, if you were really serious about stopping a pandemic or epidemic coming into your country, is totally shut down all people coming in from the infected country but they're not doing that, why? Why, hmm? Is this a trial run to get us all used to the fact that we're going to be ordered about by experts, injected with all kinds of mandatory, authorised substances? We'll see, we'll see, but it's a lot of hype right now, a lot of hype; and as I say, they're not doing what you would normally do if there truly was something that you wanted to stop coming into your country, until it was over. Would you really risk your whole population? Would you? So that people could go back and forth to Mexico for tourism? Would you? Think about it: is tourism more important when you balance it with wiping out everyone in the country with a real killer? Well, therefore, is it a killer? How much of this is hype? I'll be back with more on logic after these messages.

=== BREAK ===

Hi folks, I am Alan Watt, we're Cutting Through The Matrix.

You know, with the creation of viruses and the mutation, the manipulation or man-mutated viruses, is an old-old thing, in fact, if you read a book that's called Deadly Allies: Canada's Secret War. You see: Canada led the world, during and after World War II, for a long time, on the creation of killer viral and bacterial microbes, for war purposes, warfare purposes. In the book, it’s using declassified stuff from the governments, we find out just how far ahead they were, back then; and how easy it was for them to take a common virus and mutate it into what they called a fast breeder, into a deadly thing, within a matter of hours. Now, they can do it within an hour apparently; they're so far ahead. Now, obviously what gets taught to the average medical student is obsolete as well; because, in any area of research, the military-industrial complex always breaks the ground and they keep this stuff secret for many-many years. Therefore, what's taught to the public, and doctors and GPs are members of the public, you see, who also believe they're on the cutting edge, it doesn't dawn on them they're getting antique, antiquated or misleading indoctrinations, they're still living in the past, to do with viruses and bacterium etc. Now, since they can create the viruses to k
