There is one thing about the post office, at least in the US and Canada, they are still working pretty efficiently. I’ve never really had problems with them. With one letter out, these morons can’t find out where Estaire is or something like that; they just get totally bamboozled and send it back. Hi folks. This is Alan Watt and we’re Cutting Through The Matrix. I talked at length before on previous talks about the parallel government that really runs the world. The parallel one is really the real one; it’s the real government that runs the world. It was set up a long time ago on behalf of very rich people who decided that the world that they knew and the world that they wanted to become in the future, or the ted their children to grow up in, would be overcrowded with all the wrong types of people. They came out in the 1800s en mass, at least with a lot of front groups, to do with eugenics. They even put out the magazines in the early 1900s by the Rockefellers and others, with the perfect American families, with the right size skulls, the right kind of noses and teeth and IQ and all the rest of it. Meaning, that the rest of the people out there were of the wrong kind of families, the low breeders, the useless eaters as they call them. We tend to take this with a pinch of salt because we cannot believe, as ordinary people, that monsters live in our midst. It’s okay to see the low-grade monster down below, the serial rapist, or whatever, or murder, or the guy who ends up in prison because he smashes the windows of jeweler’s shops, but we don’t realize that we have the same thing at the very, very top.
At the very top remember, you have INBRED people; wealthy families that have really scraped their way to the top, killed their way to the top, by every means possible actually and destroyed many in the process to GET up there. That’s what power is and that’s what the insatiable desire for POWER happens to be. Psychopathic people with intelligence go for these kinds of things. They get right to the top. They know how to manipulate everybody else around them to do their work for them. They are very charming people. So when the ones at the top - the ones who are ultra rich in this world, who own the food supplies of the world, they own the international monetary system of the world, they shift around BILLIONS of dollars each per day on the stock market - they can sink countries or raise countries up overnight. When they form a government, a parallel government, with many branches of it specializing in different areas of society, you’d better take them seriously because they mean what they say.
They set up all these big clubs, as they called them – initially they were called clubs – to PLAN the future to decide what kind of future would come into play, not just in one country but across EVERY country in the world. Depopulation was one of their main targets because they decided that the lesser types would outbreed the better types. No one said it better in one of his books than Charles Galton Darwin in the 1950s, a descendant of Charles Darwin. He talked about the need to get rid of all these fast-breeding, useless eaters basically. Well, they don’t say these things without MEANING it. They don’t just go to the Club of Rome and other specialized clubs and foundations that they set up to plan the world to come up with the ideas without the IMPLEMENTATION of these ideas. How do they get these ideas implemented? They set up clinics across the planet under different guises and names, often under the term ‘family’ and ‘family planning’ and so on. The real idea is to abort and sterilize across the world, as much as possible. This all comes under ‘sustainable development.’ That’s what they mean by sustainable development; bring down the population using war, famine, plague, etc. This has been discussed, using plague and famine, to make it happen if the public couldn’t be trained to have less children.
Well the reality is, in the Western world the countries listened since the early 20th century onwards and their populations plummeted in fact. The only reason there is mass immigration into all the Western countries is because the politicians say there is not enough children from those countries who will grow up to work and pay off the national debt. I’m not kidding about that. Margaret Thatcher said that. That’s the reason they give to us for wide-open immigration policies. So we listened to what they said. We took their advice and had less children. Then they bring in the massive multicultural society which really is intended also to break existing cultures and end up with this NEW, politically correct culture which the government is introducing through the schools and to sustainable development, the greening and all the rest of it.
The world really is just one big chess board. The only thing wrong with it is, most folk don’t know they are on it. But those who designed it are the master players. They LITERALLY plan the future with 50 and 100 year plans, 200 year plans and all the rest of it. The Club of Rome is one of the specialized branches. They were given the task of finding a way to unite the world against a common threat and they discussed ALL means to do so. You can go back into the writings of John Dewey, who was the guy responsible for setting up the American, if you want to call it, education system. John Dewey in 1917 greeted the Japanese delegation to the US and he gave a speech there where he talked about, if only we had an invasion from outer space – this is the first time this was used publicly that we know of – then the whole world would have to come together to fight this common problem. So even then they were finding ways to fool the public and con them into coming together, giving up national sovereignty, everyone giving up individual rights so that the elite, the better type, the academic crew, would rule our lives for us under a socialist system.
That saying was repeated by many other players in this game, Ronald Regan, Lester B Pearson of Canada… the same speech basically, threats from outer space, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Of course now it’s the threat, from the Club of Rome, from their own book printed in the 90s, The First Global Revolution, the two founders said that when looking for this reason for uniting the world under a common threat, we HIT UPON THE IDEA that global warming, famine, plague and the like WOULD FIT THE BILL. That’s what they actually said. So when they say things like that, they actually MAKE IT HAPPEN. They put it IN to the agendas of schooling. It’s in movies; it’s in novels. Sustainability, global warming, all the rest of it is to make us really behave and yield our right to self determination and put our hands in government agencies and specialists who will eventually decide who will breed and who will not breed. We are almost to that stage now. A very good plan, it took a long time to pull it off but they’ve pulled off longer plans than this. They came up with that one in the 1970s.
These guys really do hate the ordinary people. They do hate them with a passion. They needed them in times of production for war, as they are building UP, especially the US. They needed production, heavy equipment, lots of workers in factories, and they needed it to supply the world with a world army to make the rest of the countries come under this so-called world of democracy, as they keep calling it; which seems to appear ever evident that democracy today means giving up all your rights and freedoms. They still call the US, Canada and Britain democracies.
You have to go into the histories of these characters and these fanatics. They are all appointees; all these big players are appointees. The hard fanatics are appointees to every government in the Western world now. These guys were all in the Communist League not so long ago. Top Obama Adviser Urged a ‘World of Zero Net Physical Growth’ in 1995 World Bank Publication

(CNSNews.com) - A top White House adviser to President Barack Obama argued that mankind eventually must face up to the need for a “world of zero net physical growth” and “population limitation” in an essay he co-authored that was included in a 1995 book on environmentally “sustainable” economic activity published by the World Bank. (Alan: See, here are the United Nations and the World Bank and all these strange institutions that run our lives and tell governments what to do. They have more power than governments, more say in world affairs. This is the real parallel government that Professor Carroll Quigley was talking about, with all its members being Council on Foreign Relations/Royal Institute of International Affairs and so on, the guys who SET UP the World Bank and the United Nations.)
John P. Holdren, who is now director of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, co-authored the essay with Paul Ehrlich and Gretchen Daily of the Center for Conservation Biology at Stanford. Ehrlich has been a well-known population control advocate since he authored the 1968 bestseller, “The Population Bomb,” in which he advocated zero population growth. At the time the 1995 essay was published, Holdren was a professor at the University of California.
Back in the 50s, by the way, the Pentagon said they would bring academics on board; all academia would come on board with the planning of this future sustainable society. So they are PART of the warfare department, if you like it or not. Holdren, remember too, was the co-author with Ehrlich of EcoScience where he literally mandated mandatory sterilization of different peoples. Of course it was all to do with your necessity TO society, in other words, EUGENICS. If you had good genes and a good IQ you might get to mate with someone of equal IQ and genes and have intelligent offspring who could serve them, as the ruling class over the lessers. Paul Ehrlich, by the way, his co-author in all this stuff, has been an utter fanatic on DECIMATING the population. Paul Ehrlich’s wife helped write the books too and she was a member of the Club of Rome. You always find these clubs, the World Bank and all the other ones, tied in together because they ARE just ARMS of the same big octopus. It’s amazing how all these guys are now on the government level, all appointees as the science specialists to advise policy on all the sciences. By that they mean sustainability, depopulation, sterilization and all the rest of it. That literally IS the agenda. In Britain you have the Optimum Population Trust telling Mr Brown and before that Mr Blair what polices to put in there regarding population. To go on with this article, it says here…
The essay—“The Meaning of Sustainability: Biogeophysical Aspects”—was published in the first chapter of “Defining and Measuring Sustainability: The Biogeophysical Foundations,” a book published in 1995 by the World Bank. “We know for certain, for example, that: No form of material growth (including population growth) other than asymptotic growth, is sustainable,” wrote Holdren and his co-authors. “Many of the practices inadequately supporting today’s population of 5.5 billion people are unsustainable; and [a]t the sustainability limit, there will be a tradeoff between population and energy-matter throughput per person, hence, ultimately, between economic activity per person and well-being per person.
Now as I say, again, remember, these characters had no problem going ahead with their agenda, quietly planning what they would do in a post World War II era. They kept quiet and to themselves because they NEEDED a large population of happy slaves that would go off and fight the wars for them, that helped to eventually unite Europe because, yep, that’s why Europe is united today. It was agreed to unite Europe under the Eisenhower Plan and the Lend-Lease Project. Then the Americas were eventually to be amalgamated afterwards as well and they would be the POLICEMAN OF THE WORLD. As we were doing that, we were to have the industry pulled from under our feet at home, so you get massive unemployment. Once you are finishing the job, both will really teeter off at the right time, we’ll be unsustainable and that way we can’t keep up the cost of troops abroad and at the same time, we can all go back to the caves back home. That’s really the plan while these big boys have their Super Cities built across the planet to sustain themselves in very high tech, highly weaponized, sustainable cities for the academic elite and the very wealthy families who fund them. And I’m not kidding about that.
“This is enough,” Holdren and his co-authors continue, “to say quite a lot about what needs to be faced up to eventually (a world of zero net physical growth), what should be done now (change unsustainable practices, reduce excessive material consumption, slow down population growth), and what the penalty will be for postponing attention to population limitation (lower well-being per person).”
You’d better tie this in with the dry quotes that the UN gives out every year, with their statistics because when they tell you that the Western males’ sperm count is down almost 85% now, and what’s left is immotile – that means it can’t find its target – they mean it. When they say they have to bring the populations down, if we won’t simply listen to them and say right daddy, then they make it happen. These guys work for monsters who are so rich they run the pharma industries, they run the military-industrial complex and they find ways to sterilize you.
If you wonder why the cancer rate has SKYROCKETED over the last 20 years, it’s because they’ve been tampering with your food for one thing, lacing it HEAVILY with cancer-producing toxins and pesticides. They’ve also been giving you SHOTS that are incredible. Even Dr Salk, this great hero that gave us the polio vaccine, before he was the hero for that he was one of the heads of the British and American EUGENICS movement. He wrote papers on the need to depopulate. Suddenly he comes out as the hero that gave us the polio vaccine and now it comes out that he had the Simian 40 virus in there which is actually a simian virus, a monkey virus. They grew the viruses on chimpanzee kidneys and he said the only function of this particular Simian 40 virus was to CAUSE CANCERS.
I say this and the people still really will throw it out of their heads because they can’t believe that people would actually go ahead and do this.
